If you are ready to change your life,
Maddie is ready for you

“I am passionate about empowering and guiding busy human beings on their journey to find lasting health and their true meaning of happiness.” – Maddie

Maddie (Watrobski) Buffan

Born and raised in Rochester with two younger siblings, Maddie’s parents were focused on whole food nutrition before it was even a trend. They invested time and energy in teaching their children how to read labels and how to cook meals at a young age. The value of healthy food options, family dinner every night (no matter how late), and having fun were core values they instilled.

Maddie has always had an interest in holistic health and whole foods, thanks to her parents’ influence. The spark reignited when she attended the Beyond Fundamentals workshop hosted at the Standard Process farm. After each lecture, she felt more energized and excited to learn more so she could serve others and guide them on their journey to finding health and happiness.
